Pour la d\u00e9coration, je vous propose de suivre ma recette de gla\u00e7age brillant \u00e0 base de chocolat blanc, puis de d\u00e9poser des billes de poires fra\u00eeches sur la b\u00fbche et \u00e9ventuellement ajouter des brisures de marrons glac\u00e9s pour le c\u00f4t\u00e9 chic et festif. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette b\u00fbche est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 faire, mais il faut s&rsquo;y prendre en avance \u00e0 cause des temps de prise au froid et de d\u00e9cong\u00e9lation. Par ailleurs, pour faciliter le m\u00e9lange, il ne faut pas monter la cr\u00e8me liquide trop ferme, ou sinon vous risquez de rencontrer des difficult\u00e9 lors du m\u00e9lange des deux pr\u00e9parations.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Pour le sirop d&rsquo;imbibage, il faut absolument imbiber le biscuit avec le sirop, ou sinon il sera trop ferme. Pour qu&rsquo;il soit bien moelleux, il faut attendre que le sirop ait ti\u00e9di avant de l&rsquo;utiliser.<\/li>\n<li>En ce qui concerne le gla\u00e7age, c&rsquo;est important que sa temp\u00e9rature soit entre 35 et 37 degr\u00e9s lors de son utilisation (si vous avez laiss\u00e9 trop refroidir votre gla\u00e7age, r\u00e9chauffez le au bain marie). En fait, si votre gla\u00e7age est trop chaud, il s&rsquo;\u00e9coulera rapidement et ne tiendra pas sur la b\u00fbche, et s&rsquo;il est trop froid, il aura une texture trop \u00e9paisse et votre
