G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, il suffit de les mettre \u00e0 tremper dans de l&rsquo;eau froide pendant une heure avant de passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de cuisson.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Si vous utilisez du brocoli \u00e0 la place du brocoli chinois, il faudra le couper en morceaux de taille bouch\u00e9e, puis le pr\u00e9cuire \u00e0 50% avant de passer \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tape de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li>Vous pouvez remplacer le poulet par du boeuf <span data-slate-fragment=\"JTVCJTdCJTIydHlwZSUyMiUzQSUyMnBhcmFncmFwaCUyMiUyQyUyMmNoaWxkcmVuJTIyJTNBJTVCJTdCJTIydGV4dCUyMiUzQSUyMihmaWxldCUyQyUyMGZhdXgtZmlsZXQlMkMlMjBydW1zdGVjay4uLiklMjIlN0QlNUQlN0QlNUQ=\">(filet, faux-filet, rumsteck&#8230;) coup\u00e9 en fines lamelles ou du tofu coup\u00e9 en rectangle pas trop \u00e9pais. <\/span>Pour le tofu, il faut absolument utiliser de tofu normal (style chinois) ferme ou mi-ferme parce qu&rsquo;il tient bien \u00e0 la cuisson. Il ne faut pas utiliser du tofu \u00ab\u00a0soyeux\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00ab\u00a0silken\u00a0\u00bb (style japonais) car il s&rsquo;effrite facilement, m\u00eame dans sa version ferme.<\/li>\n<li>Mariner le poulet permet de lui donner un peu plus de go\u00fbt et de le rendre plus juteux (pas besoin de faire mariner le boeuf ou le tofu).<\/li>\n<li>Dans cette recette, j&rsquo;ai choisi de cuire les prot\u00e9ines s\u00e9par\u00e9ment pour ne pas avoir \u00e0 g\u00e9rer la cuisson des nouilles en m\u00eame temps que celle des prot\u00e9ines. Cuire les deux en m\u00eame temps devient encore plus difficile quand on r\u00e9alise ce plat pour plus de deux personnes. Par ailleurs, le fait de ne pas cuire les oeufs avec les nouilles pr\u00e9sente un autre avantage : cela permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que les nouilles ne se collent entre elles.<\/li>\n<li>Le m\u00e9lange vinaigre-piment est ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 la fin de la cuisson pour donner un peu de peps au plat. Si vous n&rsquo;aimez pas mang\u00e9 piment\u00e9, vous pouvez filtrer le m\u00e9lange avant de l&rsquo;ajouter au plat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">\u00a0<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3>Sur les ingr\u00e9dients et mes produits :<\/h3>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">\u00a0<\/span><div class=\"wprm-spacer\"><\/div>\n<span style=\"display: block;\">Je trouve tous les ingr\u00e9dients un peu exotiques dans les \u00e9piceries asiatiques de Paris (ex: Tang Fr\u00e8res, Paris Store\u2026).
