La recette de <em>biryani<\/em> que je vous propose ici est une version traditionnelle, tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser, qui se rapproche de ce que l&rsquo;on trouve dans les restaurants indiens en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Inde, il existe de nombreuses recettes de biryani, variant notamment selon le mode de cuisson. Si la viande et le riz sont cuits ensemble, on parle de <em>kacchi biryani<\/em> (\u0915\u091a\u094d\u091b\u0940 \u092c\u093f\u0930\u092f\u093e\u0928\u0940). Si les deux sont pr\u00e9cuits s\u00e9par\u00e9ment puis cuits ensemble, on parle de <em>pakki biryani<\/em> (\u091a\u093f\u0915\u0928 \u092c\u093f\u0930\u092f\u093e\u0928\u0940). Les recettes varient aussi selon les r\u00e9gions et les ingr\u00e9dients utilis\u00e9s : quelle viande ? quel riz ? des l\u00e9gumes ? des fruits secs ?
