Il est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement piment\u00e9 et acide, avec une texture un peu croquante. Il existe des versions non piment\u00e9es convenant mieux aux enfants, appel\u00e9es <strong><em>baek-kimchi<\/em><\/strong> (\ubc31\uae40\uce58). Le <em>kimchi<\/em> est servi en accompagnement \u00e0 quasiment tous les repas, et fait partie des ingr\u00e9dients principaux dans certains plats, comme par exemple le <a href=\"https:\/\/tradicuisine.com\/index.php\/coree\/kimchi-bokkuembap\/\">kimchi bokkuembap<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il existe des centaines de vari\u00e9t\u00e9s de <em>kimchi<\/em> diff\u00e9rentes, se distinguant notamment selon les l\u00e9gumes utilis\u00e9s et l&rsquo;assaisonnement r\u00e9alis\u00e9.
